THE BELLS WILL RING ON KNOX HERITAGE CHURCH!! We did it! We have raised the funds needed to purchase and install a digital carillon in the Knox Heritage Church at the museum. With the generous support of friends of the museum we completed the fundraising in just three months.
Thank you to everyone who gave a financial gift in support of this great project. The selection of a supplier to provide the carillon and all the necessary components is nearing completion. We had several companies from across North America express interest in supplying the carillon. We expect delivery and installation to be completed well in advance of Parksville’s 75th birthday celebration on June 19, 2021. We will invite you to join us at the museum for this very special event. As we move toward the 40th anniversary of the Parksville Museum in 2023, we will be inviting you to support other special projects that we have planned. Stay tuned for announcements in the new year.

The museum is a community gathering place where people come together to explore, learn, celebrate, reminisce and enjoy this unique setting in our community. The bells and chimes will regularly remind us that our past anchors our present… and creates our future. – Mary Ellen Campbell, Museum President
