Submission Deadline: Saturday, March 28
Notification of Selection: by March 31
Event Dates:  May 10, June 14, July 12, August 9, September 13
Special Sunday option: June 28 at Riptide Lagoon Adventure Golf

Good to Know Before You Apply

While attendance and weather cannot be guaranteed, during the busier summer months we typically welcome 60–70 general visitors per day. When an event is promoted, attendance can easily exceed 200 visitors in a single day, with weekends being our busiest times. Many of these visitors are from out of town and are keen to purchase items that reflect the area—or the people they’ve met while visiting.

This market is juried for quality, category balance, and overall connection to the theme of the market. We aim to showcase artists and makers who hand-make their work, and who have booths offering at least 70% original, one-of-a-kind pieces. The 30% option for print-based products must feature the artist’s original work only.

We welcome a wide range of original art and artisan practices, including (but not limited to): ceramics, painting, carving, sculpture, analogue and fine art printmaking, original textiles and fibre work, handmade paper goods, small-batch functional art, and other thoughtfully crafted, original creations. Reselling, mass-produced items, kits, or work featuring materials or themes primarily sourced from third parties are not permitted.

Artist and artisan vendors must be self-sufficient and provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and any other necessary supplies. The only exceptions are vendors selected as Youth Artisans or 1st Try Artisans, for whom the Museum will provide basic setup support to help encourage and support their first market experiences.

Overview of Fees

  • Selected participants are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable administration fee of $25 for the 2026 season (the only exemption is for designated Youth Vendors). This fee helps cover upfront costs related to marketing, signage, and additional staff time.
  • There is also a per-date vendor fee of $40, (exemptions for Youth Vendors, 1st Time Vendors, and Musicians).

All fees are due upon receipt of your agreement letter in order to secure your selected market date(s). Further details regarding payments, setup times, logistics, and expectations will be outlined in the agreement letter for selected participants.

Special Vendor Categories

We are reserving one space per market date for each of the following special categories.
If you fit one of these categories, please be sure to complete the corresponding section of the application form.
